Privacy Policy

The short version

This website collects almost nothing. If you contact us, we keep what you send us, treat it as confidential, and use it only to respond and to do the work you ask for. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What this website collects

  • Nothing by default. There is no login, no account, and no contact form storing data on a server.
  • Analytics without cookies. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see page counts and general traffic. It does not track you across sites and does not identify you.
  • What you send us. If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send — your name, contact details and the contents of your message.

How we use what you send

  • To reply to you and discuss your matter.
  • To carry out an engagement, if we agree to one.
  • To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Client work and personal data

Our professional work sometimes involves collecting publicly available information that includes personal data — for example, identifying an account impersonating a client. We do this lawfully, only from sources we may lawfully access, only for the purpose of the engagement, and we handle it under the DPDP Act and our ethics and guardrails.

How long we keep things

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your matter and for reasonable record-keeping. Evidence collected during engagements is retained under agreed terms with the client, and securely destroyed when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where the law allows. Write to info@rudraveeramsxk.com and we will respond.
